Sai Pallavi Biography
Sai Pallavi is an Indian actress and dancer who starred in films in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. Sai Pallavi Senthamarai's age is 29 years old and she was born on 9th May 1992. Sai Pallavi has received multiple awards, including two Filmfare Awards for her performance in the films Premam and Fidaa, and is often referred to as the Dancing Queen of Southern Cinema. Sai Pallavi was first known for her role as Malar in the 2015 Malayalam film Premam. She later starred in Kali (2016). She made her Telugu debut with the role of Bhanumati in the romantic film Fidaa (2017) and her Tamil debut with Diya (2018). She is a trained doctor and completed her MBBS (medical degree) at Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia, in 2016.
Sai Pallavi Education, Family and early life
Sai Pallavi was born in Kotagiri, Nilgiris district, Tamil Nadu in a Badaga family of Senthamarai Kannan and Radha. She has a younger sister, Pooja, who has also worked as an actress. Pallavi grew up and trained in Coimbatore. She Graduated from Avila Convent School in Coimbatore. Although she completed her medical degree at Tbilisi State Medical University recognized by the Indian Medical Council in 2016, she has not yet registered as a doctor in India. She did her Foreign Medicine Graduate Exam (FMGE) in Trichy on August 31, 2020.

Sai Pallavi said in an interview that although she was not a trained dancer, she always wanted to dance like her mother. she participated in various cultural events at the school and gained popularity as a dancer. Due to her love of dance, supported by her mother, she participated in the dance reality show Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva on Vijay TV in 2008 and was a finalist on Dhee Ultimate Dance Show (D4) on ETV in 2009.
Sai Pallavi appeared in uncredited roles as a child actress in Kasthooriman (2003) and Dhaam Dhoom (2008). During her studies in Tbilisi, Georgia, director Alphonse Putharen offered her the role of Malar in her film Premam de ella in 2014. She shot the movie over the holidays and returned to college after filming was completed. She went on to win several "Best Female Debut" awards that year, including the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. In late 2015, she took a month-long hiatus from her studies to star in her second film Kali, which was released in March 2016. She played Anjali, a young woman who dealt with extreme anger issues from her husband and received a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Actress in Malayalam.
The year 2017 marked her debut in Telugu with Sekhar Kammula's Fidaa as Bhanumathi, a lively girl from the village of Telangana. her performance in the film is considered one of the "100 best performances of the decade" by Film Companion. her next project with director A. L. Vijay was Diya, a bilingual film in Tamil Telugu. She later starred in the Tamil film Maari 2, a sequel to Maari, alongside Dhanush, directed by Balaji Mohan. A song from the movie, Rowdy Baby, is the most viewed song on YouTube from South India.
Sai Pallavi began filming Padi Padi Leche Manasu with Sharwanand in February 2018, who was below average at the box office. In December. Various media outlets reported that Pallavi refused to accept full compensation from him and expressed his solidarity with the producers for the failure of the film. In 2019, Pallavi played an autistic girl alongside Fahadh Faasil in the psychological thriller Athiran.
